Delivery Policy

Boldozbooks.com delivers physical books to customers within Nigeria and selected international locations. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, availability of items, and courier services.

Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at checkout or via email after your order has been confirmed.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed before payment.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Once shipped, you will receive a notification with relevant delivery details.

Returns Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The book is damaged upon delivery
• The wrong item was delivered

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Books that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or were purchased as clearance items are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.
